The family of the late Sean Connolly would like to take this opportunity to express our sincere thanks to all those who sympathised with us following the loss of a much loved husband, father, grandfather, brother, brother-in-law, uncle, cousin and friend to all.

We would like to extend our sincere thanks to all the medical staff who provided excellent care for Sean especially the staff in Craigavon Area Hospital and Newry Hospice.

We are grateful to everyone who sent Mass cards, sympathy cards and flowers. For all the phone calls, text messages and to those who paid tribute through social media.

A huge thanks to all those who brought food to the house during the wake and supported us in every way.

Thank you especially to Dean Donaghy for the beautiful funeral Mass, and for his support during the days of the wake.

We are extremely grateful to Paudge Quinn Funeral Directors for their dignified and professional manner in which the funeral arrangements were carried out and for all the help and guidance they gave to the family. Thanks also to the gravedigger who prepared Sean's ’s final resting place.

We would like to thank those who lined the funeral route, attended the funeral and joined the Mass via Parish webcam. Thanks to all who provided the guard of honour at the funeral and all those who donated to Newry Hospice.

We would like to thank everyone who contributed to and participated in the ceremony including Gemma & Roisin for providing the beautiful music. Thanks also to Raymond Carolan (Godson) for piping Sean into the Church and graveyard.

As it is impossible to thank everyone individually please accept this acknowledgment as a token of our heartfelt thanks.
