John DONNELLY

We, the family of the late John Donnelly (Carnhill, Derry and formerly of Keenaghan, Co Armagh) wish to express our deep gratitude and sincere appreciation to everyone who sympathised with us during our recent sudden loss.

We would like to acknowledge the countless gestures of kindness, love and support shown to us by family, friends and neighbours whose help was invaluable before, during and after the wake and funeral.

We offer our heartfelt thanks to everyone who attended the wake and funeral and to all those who telephoned, sent mass cards, sympathy cards, flowers and messages of support.

Our sincere gratitude to our so very kind family, friends and neighbours who provided refreshments, brought food or assisted in any way.

Sincere thanks to Fr McDermott (Star of the Sea, Faughanvale) and Fr McCaughey (St Patrick’s, Pennyburn) for their support throughout this difficult time and also for the lovely Requiem Mass. A special word of thanks to Fidelma McNamee for the beautiful singing.

We would also like to thank Kieran and Noeleen O’Brien, at W.J. O’Brien and Son Funeral Directors, Eglinton, for the kind, sensitive and dignified manner in which they carried out the funeral arrangements.

As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, we hope that this acknowledgement will be accepted as a token of our sincere appreciation.

John's Month’s Mind Mass will be celebrated on Saturday 19th November at 6.00 pm in St Patrick’s Church, Pennyburn, Derry.
