Kelly (Cookstown) Formley Formil, Greencastle January 22nd 2021 John R.I.P. Peacefully at Craigavon Area Hospital. Beloved husband of the late Marian (nee Reid) and much loved father of Lynda, Ciaran, and the late Donna and Jonathan R.I.P. Brother of Mary (O’Kane). Sadly mssed by his daughter, son, sister, grandchildren, nephews, niece, and entire family circle.Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on his soul.
