The death has occurred of:
John McCann
The family of the late John McCann wish to express their sincere and heartfelt appreciation to all those who extended their sympathy and support following their recent loss. We are deeply touched by the generosity and kindness of all who visited the funeral home, attended the funeral, sent Mass, sympathy cards and offered messages of comfort. To those who quietly stepped in wherever needed, it really meant so much and we will be eternally grateful.
We would like to extend our thanks to Father Brian Fitzpatrick PP and Deacon Pat Gallagher for their spiritual guidance and for officiating the beautiful and sincere Requiem Mass. Our thanks also go to Pat McAlinden, Ciaran Scullion and Dympna Mullin for their exceptional musical contributions. Your music added something truly special. To everyone who helped during the service and for the preparation of John’s resting place, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
A special word of thanks goes to all the staff at Rosemount Care Home, Portadown, for their heartfelt care and compassion shown to John and his family. Your kindness has been of great comfort to us during this difficult time.
Also, to Wolfe Tones & St Enda’s GAC for their support for our entire family and the former colleagues and friends from Classic Mineral Waters for their kindness during our bereavement.
Additionally, we wish to thank The Corner House for the refreshments provided. Your support has been deeply appreciated.
We would also like to express our sincere thanks to Mary, Francie, Louise and Nicola of Mc Alinden and Murtagh Funeral Directors for their endless compassion, guidance, and professionalism during what has been an extremely difficult time. Your calm and genuine kindness will always be remembered.
Thank you to all who knew John and shared their very heartfelt and loving memories. These will provide comfort in the days ahead.
We would also like to extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who has so kindly donated to Dementia NI in John's memory. Your generosity is deeply appreciated, and it is a fitting tribute to John's life that such an important cause has been supported in his honour.
As it is impossible to thank everyone individually, we trust that this acknowledgment will be accepted as a token of our profound gratitude.
John’s Month’s Mind Mass will take place on Thursday 16th July at 10.30 am in St Patrick’s Church, Derrymacash.
