The family of the late John McCloskey, Hawthorn Drive, Springtown Road, would like to express our sincere heartfelt thanks to all who sympathised with us on our recent sad bereavement.
A word of thanks to our extended family circle, friends and neighbours, those who visited our home and attended the funeral. Thanks to all who sent Mass cards, and sympathy cards at this sad time, your kindness has not gone unnoticed.
We would also like to thank the staff, doctors and nurses from Quayside Medical Practise and the district nurses who looked after dad throughout his illness with the utmost respect and dignity. A special word of thanks to North West Care and Bryson Care who looked after our daddy so well in the final months of his life. We would also like to thank Irene and the Acute Care at Home Team who looked after Dad in the final days of his life. This gave us those precious days with him at home.
We thank Fr Gormley for the beautiful Requiem Mass, his words were kind and provided a great spiritual comfort. We would like to thank Fidelma for the beautiful singing she provided.
Thank you to W J O’Brien & Son Funeral Directors, Eglinton for the dignified and professional service and all the help and guidance they provided through the most difficult time. We would also like to thank Beechwood Flowers for their beautiful flowers.
As is would be impossible to thank everyone individually, we trust that this will be accepted by all and heartfelt appreciation. Prayers offered up for all your intentions.
