The family of the late Johnny Johnston ,Lammy, who passed away on the 1st February 2024 would like to extend our sincere thanks to relatives, friends and neighbours who supported and sympathised with us during this difficult time.

Special thanks to everyone who called at his home with gifts of food, sent messages online made telephone calls, sent sympathy cards, attended the funeral home and funeral service.

We are also grateful to those who travelled long distances to be with us. Also for the donations in lieu of flowers in aid of Sallaghy Parish Church.

Thanks also to the Doctors and Staff in Brookeborough surgery, Clarkes chemist and to Dr. McConville, Haematology unit, Altnagelvin for their professional and medical care over the years. And to his carers who regularly attended him with kindness and fun.

Our thanks to the Rev. Lorraine for her pastoral care and for conducting a meaningful funeral service.

Thank you to Noel Robinson and his team in Dowlers funeral services for taking charge of the funeral arrangements so efficiently. Also grateful thanks to the organist and grave diggers and those who supplied the refreshments after the funeral.

As it is not possible to thank everyone individually, please accept this as a token of our appreciation and gratitude.

Johnny was greatly loved and will be sorely missed by his children Gillian, Coral and Malcolm, his Sisters Frankie and Bea, Grandchildren Clive, Ian, Janice, Genene, Natalie, James, Deborah, Heather and Graeme, Great-Grandchildren Adrian, Nikki, Daniel, Jamie, Nathan, Jorja, Sadie, Robin, Kara, AJ, Albie, Theodore and Elijah.
