John O'Brien
We, the family of the late John O'Brien, wish to express our heartfelt gratitude to all those who offered sympathy, comfort and support during our recent sad bereavement. We would like to thank those who called to the family home during the wake, and to those who attended the funeral, sent cards and personal messages of condolences. A special word of thanks to Fr Eamon Graham for prayers and a beautiful celebration of the Requiem Mass. Thank you also to Fr Kevin McElhennon and Fr Roland Colhoun for their prayers and comfort during their visits. Sincere thanks to the carers from the WHSCT, the District Nursing team, Fintona GP Practice and McGread's Chemist. The care provided by the ambulance service, staff in SWAH A+E and the nursing and care staff in Wd 7 SWAH was outstanding and the family are very appreciative. We deeply appreciate our friends Maura, Eimear, Ita and Mairead who assisted at the wake and in the days afterwards. Thanks also to James McShane and Joan McCrystal for the beautiful music at the funeral mass. We are especially grateful to Peter O'Kane and all at O'Kane funeral directors for the dignified and professional manner in which they carried out the arrangements. To the gravediggers for preparing John's final resting place, to Farleys for providing the refreshments and to Drumragh GAA for the use of the function room. As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, we trust that this acknowledgement conveys our heartfelt thanks and sincere appreciation to all.
John's months mind will be celbrated on Sunday 26th June at Drumragh Chapel at 10.30am
