The death has occurred of:
John Quinn
The sisters, nephews and nieces of the late John Quinn, who passed away on 16th October 2024 would like to express our sincere gratitude to all who sympathised with us during our recent bereavement.
We would especially like to thank our entire family circle, friends, neighbours, everyone that helped at the wake, those who brought food, sent mass and sympathy cards, called to the family home, sent their condolences, attended the funeral and watched online. It gave us great comfort in knowing John was so well thought of.
A special word of thanks to Father Tremer for celebrating the requiem mass in the thoughtful manner in which he did and also attending John before he passed.
We would also like to express our sincere gratitude to all doctors and staff at Coagh Medical Centre and the District Nursing Team who cared for John.
Additionally, we’d like to thank Lavery’s funeral directors, Conan and Pat, for the professional, compassionate and dignified manner in which the funeral arrangements were carried out, also for their kindness and support during our most difficult time.
Thanks to Roisin and Emmet for the beautiful music during mass and to all that participated in the funeral mass. We would also like to thank the gravediggers for preparing Johns’ final resting place.
Lastly, as it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, we hope this acknowledgement will be accepted as a token of our appreciation to all that supported and helped the family at this difficult time.
Johns’ month’s mind mass will be celebrated on Saturday 23rd November in the Church of The Immaculate Conception, Moortown at 6pm.
