Jolene O'Hagan
O’Hagan, 2nd July 2017, suddenly at hospital, Jolene, 43 Millburn Park, Cookstown. Loving fiancée of Johnathan, darling mummy of Alfie and Theo, dear daughter of Laverne and Shane, step-daughter of Paula and William, loving sister of Sarah-Louise, Rhiannon, Emily and Ellie, and dear grand-daughter of Yvonne, John and Margaret, and Alan and Glenda.
Funeral on Thursday at 12.30pm from 54 Killymoon Road, Cookstown to Derryloran Parish Church for service at 1.00pm followed by interment in Cookstown Cemetery.
