Months mind / Acknowledgement

Joseph Healy (Mojo)

Died: 30th May 2025

The family of the late Joseph (Mojo) Healy would like to express their sincere gratitude to everyone who sympathised with them on the sad loss of Joseph.

To all those who called at the wake, telephoned, sent mass cards & sympathy cards and attended the funeral. Your words of comfort and support were very much appreciated.

Special thanks to all Joseph's family, friends and neighbours who supported him and us throughout his illness.

Thank you to everyone who supplied food for the family and wake. Especially Lynches (James Kelly), Joanne Whitehouse and his very dear and close friend Kathy Kelly (neighbour).

To all his neighbours in the square who helped in many other ways. Special thanks to An Crói and top of the hill youth clubs.

Thank you to the nursing staff of ward 50 and 31 at Altnagelvin hospital who nursed Joseph during his stay there. A special word of thanks to the district nursing team and the palliative care team who attended him with compassion and pain relief. Thank you to all at Foyle Hospice who helped out in every way.

Special thanks to Fr Patrick Lagan for celebrating Joseph's requiem mass, also to the singer Sinead and Isabelle for their beautiful music and hymns.

A special words of thanks to mrs Wray and all the teaching staff from Sacred heart primary school who have been so caring and compassionate to wee Jason, our heartfelt thanks to all of you.

Much appreciation to Sean Carr, Carr family funeral directors for helping out in every way with the funeral arrangements in a very dignified and caring manner.

As it is impossible to thank everyone individually we hope this acknowledgement will be accepted by Joseph's family and friends as a token of our sincere appreciation and heartfelt gratitude.

Joseph's months mind will be celebrated on Saturday 28th June at the church of immaculate conception, Trench road at 6pm.

Everyone Welcome.
