The family of the late Josephine (Jo) Murray would like to express our heartfelt gratitude and thanks to everyone who sympathised with us and supported us following the recent loss of Josephine, a much loved wife, mother, granny, sister, sister in law, mother in law and aunt.

Thank you to all who attended the wake and the funeral, sent messages of condolence, Mass Cards and sympathy cards. We would also like to extend a special thank-you to the wider family circle, friends and neighbours who supported us throughout our loss, and to all who provided gifts of food and refreshments at the wake. Words cannot express how grateful we are for their love and kindness.

Sincerest thanks to Father Michael McCaughey for his prayers, comfort and guidance throughout, and for the beautifully fitting requiem mass. Also to the sacristan for assisting Father Michael, the readers and to Eve, Sarah and Noah for bringing up the gifts. A huge thanks too to Kathryn Ellis, Charlotte Logue and Eve Weiniger for their beautiful singing and playing that added so much to the mass.

Thank you to the carers from NW Care and Bryson Care, and to all the clinical staff, particularly those doctors and nurses and support staff in Wards 26 and 50, and at the North West Cancer Centre at Altnagelvin Hospital, all of whom cared for Josephine with such tenderness during the past three years.

An enormous thank-you to all at W J O’Brien & Son Funeral Directors for the professional and dignified manner in which they
conducted the funeral arrangements, and especially to Kieran and Noeleen for their kindness and support.

Thank you to the management and staff at the Bentley Complex, Derry, for providing refreshments after the funeral.

We realise that it is impossible to thank everyone individually, but we hope that this acknowledgment will be accepted as a token of
our deepest appreciation and gratitude.

Sorely missed by all her family and relations at home and in England and America.

Have you considered?
