The family of the late Josie McCloskey would like to express their sincerest thanks to all those who sympathised with us in our recent bereavement.

We wish to thank most sincerely the many family members, neighbours and friends who worked tirelessly throughout the wake. We greatly appreciate all those who attended Josie’s wake, requiem mass and burial, to those who sent Mass Cards, floral tributes and to those who travelled long distances to be with us during this difficult time.

Sincere gratitude to Father John McCallion and Canon Benny Fee for the funeral and Requiem Mass, to the those who did the readings and a special thanks to Lauren McCrory for the beautiful singing.

The family would especially like to thank the medical staff of Macmillan Palliative care unit, Antrim Area Hospital for their comforting care and attention throughout Josie’s short stay. We would also like to thank Plunkett Teague & Sons, Funeral Director, for the professional, caring and personal way you dealt with us through this difficult time.

As it is impossible to thank everyone individually, we hope this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our appreciation. A months mind mass will be celebrated in memory of Josie in St Patricks Church, Clonoe on Tuesday 28th September at 7.30pm and can be viewed online at https://churchmedia.tv/camera/st-patricks-church-clonoe
