We, the family of the late Josephine O’Connor, wish to express our sincerest gratitude to all our family, friends and colleagues who gave support, comfort, and expressions of sympathy during our recent sad bereavement. We offer our heartfelt thanks to everyone who attend the funeral and wake providing much need practical and emotional support. Our sincere gratitude to all our kind relatives and friends who provided refreshments, brought food or assisted in any way.
We would like to acknowledge the kindness and devotion of Fr. Michael Canny for his comforting words, presence and celebrating the requiem mass.
Most grateful thanks to the musicians Patricia and Sean for enhancing liturgy with their beautiful music and Josephine’s wonderful grandchildren who provided the guard of honour, mass readings and offertory.
Deepest appreciation to the healthcare team who attended to Josephine and to WJ O’Brien funeral directors for their dignified, caring and professional manner in carrying out the funeral arrangements.

Josephine's Month's Mind Mass will be celebrated in St Columb's Church, Waterside on the 5th August 2022.
