FERNANDES - February 24, 2017, (peacefully) at a hospice, José, dearly loved husband of Alice and darling daddy of Heldea, 5 Coolmount, Cookstown.
Funeral from McGucken's Rest Room, 21 Killycolp Road, Cookstown on Monday for service in Holy Trinity at 10am, followed by interment in Forthill Cemetery, Cookstown.
Very deeply regretted.
