POLLY, Karen Janine (nee Alderdice) – 29th August 2025 at hospital, aged 61 years.

Late of Old Hillsborough Road, Lisburn.

Beloved wife of William. Loving and much-loved mum of Josh. Eldest daughter of Fred and Jean Alderdice. Dearest sister to Alison, Stephen, Geoffrey, Gavin and their families.

A service of thanksgiving will be held in St Mark’s Parish Church, Ballymacash on Thursday 4th September at 1pm; followed by private family burial.

No flowers please. Donations, if desired, online via www.ronniethompson.co.uk or cheques payable to Friends of the Cancer Centre c/o Ronnie Thompson Funeral Directors, 20 Ballinderry Road, Lisburn, BT28 1UF.

Karen will be forever loved and sadly missed by her husband, son and wider family circle.

Just so sorry to hear this very sad news. Karen and I have both worked for Menarini for 23/24 years. She has always been a delight to see at the many conferences we attended together.
