Katherine McIntosh

McIntosh, Katherine

The family of the late Katherine McIntosh wish to express their most sincere thanks to all those who sympathised with them on their recent bereavement. To those who called to our family home, brought food, contacted us, sent Mass cards, sympathy cards, attended the funeral or helped in any way. To our friends and neighbours for their help, support and kindness.

Special thanks to Fr. Heagney for celebrating Requiem Mass and his kind words about Katherine. Thanks to all who participated at the funeral and to the musicians for providing the music which was so fitting. We are grateful to the members of Eglish St. Patrick’s GFC and Aodh Ruadh LGFC for their assistance throughout.

Use of the Parochial Hall was much appreciated and we thank all those who provided the food and to those who helped serve refreshments following the funeral. To the funeral directors, E Quinn & Sons, for the dignified and professional manner in which they carried out the funeral arrangements.

To all the doctors, nurses and staff in Altnagelvin Hospital for the professional and personal care shown to Katherine and to those who arranged and undertook the organ recovery.

We trust that this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our appreciation. Katherine’s Month’s Mind Mass will be celebrated on Saturday 4th February at 7.30pm in St Patrick’s Church, Eglish.
