Kathleen Adams
Died September 27, 2021. At hospital. Late of Abbeydale Crescent.
Beloved wife of the late Thomas, much loved mother of Ann and Tom, loving grandmother of Ryan, great-grandmother of Ryan, Chloe and Regan and great-great grandmother of Mia, Hayden and Remi.
Funeral service will be held at Roselawn Crematorium on Wednesday 6th October at 2pm.

Will be sadly missed by her loving family circle, The family chain is broken and nothing seems the same, but as God calls us one by one, the chain will link again.
