Kathleen (Cass) QUEEN
We the family of the late Kathleen (Cass) Queen who died on 20th July 2022 wish to extend our sincere thanks and appreciation to all those who offered their condolences to us following the death of our beautiful mum.
To those who sent floral tributes or donations in lieu of flowers, attended the wake , provided food and refreshments, sent messages of sympathy and mass cards, to the Healy Family and all the great neighbours of Malin Gardens, please be assured that your kindness was truly appreciated.
Thank you to our cousins Mary and Joan who worked tirelessly thoughout the wake, it was greatly appreciated by the entire family.
We would like to extend our gratitude to all the staff in Ward 31 Altnagelvin Hospital for the care and support they offered to our mum and ourselves during her illness. Thanks also goes to the doctors and staff in Riverfront Medical and to all at Edenballymore Lodge.
Our sincere thanks to Fr. Joe Gormley and Fr. Daniel McFaul, St. Mary's Church Creggan who visited mum at home for a number of years. Thank you to Fr. McFaul for the beautiful and sincere requiem mass which brought great comfort to us all. Also thanks to Erin and Isobel for the beautiful music they provided.
Finally we would like to give a special mention to WJ O'Brien and Son, Funeral Directors, for their support in arranging the funeral and for the dignified and professional manner shown by them throughout.
As it is impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as an expression of our deepest gratitude.
Kathleen's Months Mind Mass will be celebrated on Saturday 20th August 2022 at 6.30pm in St. Mary's Church, Creggan.
