We the family Frederick, Colette, Carmel, Serena, Kieran & Neil, our families and extended family of the late Kathleen (Catherine) Quinn; wish to express our sincere gratitude and appreciation to all those who supported us and sympathised with us in our recent loss of our dear and much-loved Mum.
Our heartfelt thanks to all who helped at the wake, who brought food, sent mass cards, sympathy cards, messages of sympathy by phone, wreaths & bouquets.
Thank you to all our neighbours who stood out along the funeral route.
Our sincere thanks to Care Plus, North West Care and the Trust carers who looked after Mum in a professional, respectable and caring way at home. A word of thanks to the A&E staff of SWAH, also the doctors and nurses of Ward 5 who looked after Mum, their help and support was outstanding. We would like to thank the doctors and nurses from Irvinestown Health Centre and the Pallative Care team who attended Mum in her last few days. A big thank you to Brendan Lilley’s pharmacy for all his support to Mum over the years. Thank you also to the Pillbox Irvinestown (Neil).
We sincerely thank Fr. Pauric McKenna and Canon McKenna Trillick who attended to Mum over the years, for the first Friday of the month and for administering the Sacrament of the sick to her. Thanks to Fr Pauric McKenna for the beautiful mass and personalised homily. We want to sincerely thank Canon Duffy and Canon McGourty Irvinestown who attended Mum at home.
Thank you to all who took part in Mum’s funeral mass. To Aideen McGirr & Georgia McCusker for the lovely music and singing, the readers and Eucharistic Ministers, gift bearers and pallbearers. Thank you to Francie Molloy for preparing the chapel for mum’s funeral mass.
Thank you to Jim Barnett & Pat Britton for the dignity, direction, support and sympathy they showed to us in arranging mum’s funeral. Thank you to John Noble for preparing Mum’s final resting place.
We would like to thank all those who provided a Guard of Honour as mum’s remains passed through Irvinestown. Thank you to St Mary’ s College, Christian Brothers Omagh and St Molaise GFC for providing a Guard of Honour at the chapel before and after the funeral mass, it was much appreciated.
As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our grateful appreciation.
Kathleen’s Months Mind mass will be celebrated in the Sacred Heart Church Irvinestown Saturday 30th November at 6pm.
