26th November 2023

We the family of the late Kathleen Devenney wish to express our sincere thanks to all those who sympathised with us during our recent bereavement. Thank you to those who attended the wake and funeral, brought food, and helped in the kitchen. Thank you to those who telephoned, sent Mass or sympathy cards and left messages on social media.

A special word of thanks to Fr. Canning, Fr. Fraser, and Fr. McCawille for their spiritual support and for celebrating mum's funeral mass. Thanks to James McShane for the beautiful music and singing in the church. Sincere thanks to Sean O'Kane & Sons Funeral Director for the dignified and professional manner in which they carried out their duties and also to the grave diggers for preparing mum's final resting place.

Thank you to all who served refreshments in the Social Centre after the funeral.

A sincere thanks to Dr Scully and the staff of Drumquin Health Centre and Bradleys Chemist Drumquin, also the district nurses, the Rapid Response team and the Marie Curie nurses for their kindness and attentiveness to mum.

As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as a gesture of our gratitude.
Mum's months mind mass will be celebrated in St. Patrick's Church Langfield, Drumquin on Saturday 30th December @ 6.30pm and can be viewed via the Drumquin Parish webcam.
