Kathleen Hyland (née Marks)
HYLAND (née Marks) Kathleen, died peacefully at Causeway Hospital May 5th 2020.
Beloved wife of the late Charles (decd. 1957) and loving mother of the late Gabrielle McDonald (decd. June 2019)
Kathleen spent her early life in Nelson Street, Belfast, her adult life in Commedagh Drive, Belfast, and her later years in the tender care of her daughter Gabrielle, in Moira.
Following Gabrielle’s untimely passing, Kathleen spent the final months of her life in the care of the wonderful staff of Fruithill Nursing Home and then the also wonderful staff of Leabank Nursing Home, Ballycastle.
Sadly, Kathleen’s funeral must be strictly private due to the current circumstances. A mass to celebrate her life will be held when circumstances allow.
Deeply regretted by her sorrowing family and wide circle of friends.
May St.Anthony, in whom she had a lifetime of profound faith and trust, guide her home to her eternal rest alongside her beloved Charlie and Gabrielle
