The son and daughters and entire family circle of the late Kathleen Leonard (nee Cooke) wish to express their sincere thanks to all who sympathised with them in their recent sad bereavement.
Heartfelt thanks to all the kind relatives, neighbours and friends who called at the family home, brought gifts, sent cards, letters, telephoned, gave donations in lieu of flowers, attended the funeral of helped in anyway deep gratitude is extended.
Sincere thanks to mum’s Carers from Strabane Caring who looked after mum for the last few years, the District Nurses for their care and attention during mum’s final week and especially Carmel who cared for mum’s in her final hours.
Special thanks to the Rev. Canon Robert Boyd and the Rev. Johnny Lowden for their pastoral care during mum’s illness and for conducting the funeral service in the church and at the graveside.
Thanks also to Hill Top Caterers for providing a lovingly tea after the funeral.
Special word of thanks to David and Ruth Hay & Sons, Funeral Directors for the dignified and caring manner in which the funeral arrangements were carried out.
