Kathleen McDermott R.I.P.
101 Tattyreagh Road, Fintona.
Died 13th October 2022.

In loving memory of the late Kathleen McDermott who passed away peacefully on the 13th of October 2022. A devoted wife to Patsy, mother to Martina and the late Damian R.I.P, mother in law, grandmother, sister, sister in law, aunt and friend, who will be sorely missed.
We, her family wish to express our sincere appreciation and heartfelt thanks to all those who sympathised, prayed for, and supported us through our recent sad bereavement.
We would like to acknowledge all those who paid their respects in any way. Thank you to those who called to the family home, telephoned, sent Mass or sympathy cards, flowers and those who left messages online or via social media. A special word of thanks to everyone who brought food and who helped in the kitchen during the wake.
Thanks to those who lined the funeral route or who joined us at the Mass or via the webcam. Our thanks also to the PSNI for their assistance with the traffic on the morning of the funeral. Sincere thanks to our relatives, friends and neighbours who helped in so many ways, to help us grieve as a family.
A special word of thanks to Father Seán Mulligan for his outstanding spiritual support and the very comforting Requiem Mass. We convey our appreciation also to everyone who assisted with the Mass, especially the Sacristan, our readers and our musician Louise Coyle who provided the beautiful music.
Sincere thanks to McAtee Funeral Directors for the dignified and professional manner in which the funeral arrangements were carried out. Our thanks also to the gravedigger Tommy Boyle for preparing Kathleen’s final resting place, and to the Golf Club for the refreshments provided after the funeral.
We would like to sincerely thank Una Cassidy Chemists, Fintona Medical Centre, the Macmillan Cancer Support Team Altnagelvin, the doctors and nurses at Omagh Primary Care Complex, Belfast City Hospital and the South West Acute Hospital, for their excellent level of care and attention to Kathleen during her illness.
As it is impossible to thank everyone individually, we trust this acknowledgement
will be accepted by everyone as a token of our appreciation and sincere gratitude.
Kathleen is ever loved and sorely missed.
Kathleen’s Month’s Mind Mass will be celebrated in St Lawrence’s Church, Fintona on Friday 11th November at 7.30pm.
Our Lady pray for her.
