Kathleen MONTGOMERY

The family of the late Kathleen Montgomery wish to thank most sincerely all those who sympathised with them in their recent sad bereavement.

Heartfelt thanks to all the kind friends, extended family and neighbours who called at the home, brought food, gave donations to Marie Curie Cancer Care and Macmillan Cancer Support, sent messages of sympathy, attended the funeral, wake or helped in any other way. Friendship and family were very important to Kathleen, and she would have been so grateful for the kindness and care shown to her and her family at this time.

Thanks to Drs Heron, Sharkey and team at the Garvin Surgery; Dr Uprichard and Oncology team at Belfast City hospital; to the team of District Nurses, palliative care specialists and Marie Curie team who all cared for her with the upmost professionalism, kindness and respect over the last year.

A special thanks to Rev. James O’Neill for conducting such a beautiful and personal funeral service and for visiting her at home. Thanks also to Carland Church PW for the lovely tea provided following the service and to the whole congregation, whom Kathleen thought of so fondly.

Trusting this acknowledgement will be accepted by all in grateful appreciation.

Tom, Glen, Beth, Anna & their families.
