Kathleen Shields (née Turley)
Shields Nee Turley (Belfast & formerly of Sheepbridge Newry) died 9th November 2017 peacefully at her home Trinity Lodge, 609 Ormeau Road, Belfast. Kathleen, beloved wife of Drew and much loved sister of Michael, Benny, Desmond and the late John, Eugene and Phyllis. Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on her soul. Her remains will repose in Digney’s funeral home, 4 Sugarhouse Quay, Newry on Friday 10th November from 7pm – 9:30pm. Funeral mass on Saturday 11th at 10:00am in The Good Shepherd Church, Ormeau Road. Interment afterwards in the cemetery adjoining St Colman’s Church, Shinn arriving approximately 12:30. Deeply regretted by her sorrowing husband, brothers, brothers in law, sisters in law, nephews, nieces, family circle and friends. Family flowers only. Donations in lieu if desired to Northern Ireland Hospice C/o the family or Digney Funeral Directors, 4 Sugarhouse Quay, Newry.
