Keely Ann O'Neill
Suddenly at her home, Fortwilliam Parade, Belfast. Much loved mother of Theo and dear daughter of Michelle and Danny.
A Funeral Service will be held in Roselawn Crematorium on Thursday 8th November at 1.30pm.
