The family of the late Kieran Mc Macken , of Gleann Cora, Newmarket-on -Fergus, Co Clare and formerly 132 Main Street Dungiven, Co. Derry wish to convey our sincere thanks to all those who sympathised with us in our recent bereavement. We are deeply grateful for the many friends and relatives, neighbours, work colleagues and well wishers who expressed their heartfelt kindness, love and support to us during this difficult time. Our gratitude also to the many work colleagues and students of Kieran who visited and supported the family.
Thank you all for the Mass and sympathy cards, letters of condolences, phone calls, text messages, gifts and floral tributes.
Special thanks to those who provided food and refreshments for those attending the wake and Masses, and helped in any way with all the arrangements in Co Clare and Dungiven. We deeply appreciate all those who travelled to attend Kieran’s funeral Mass in Newmarket-on-Fergus and Mass of Remembrance in Dungiven, and to those who watched online, providing such needed support to us all, thank you.
Thank you to McMahon’s funeral directors in Newmarket - on - Fergus and McLaughlin’s funeral directors in Dungiven for the professional and caring service they provided.
Finally, we wish to thank Rev Fr. Michael Collins PP and Rev Fr. Seamus Kelly PP for their spiritual support including their beautiful sermons and Masses.
