Bronagh, Gemma, Conor, Jim, Mary and the entire family circle of the late Kieran R.I.P. wish to express their sincere thanks to all those who sympathised with them in their recent bereavement.
Thanks to Kieran’s GP and District Nurses, the Doctors, nurses and carers from the Cancer Centre Altnagelvin Hospital and all those who supported Bronagh and the family.
A special thanks to Fr Sweeney P.P. for his spiritual support, guidance and for celebrating the Requiem Mass; Fr. Hasson for concelebrating the Mass and Fr Seamus Kelly for his pastoral visit to the family home.
Thanks to Maeve and Aoife for the beautiful music; the church sacristan and volunteers, Drumsurn GAC for use of their facilities and Curran’s Bakery, Greysteel for providing refreshments after the funeral, and all those who helped prepare the grave.
The family wish to especially thank the kind relatives, friends, neighbours and members of the wider community who helped them during this difficult time. Thanks to those who messaged, sent cards, sent donations and those who gathered along the route to the Church and attended the funeral, we are truly grateful.
The family would also like to express their gratitude to McKiernan and Sons, Funeral Directors for the professional, compassionate and dedicated manner in which they carried out and guided them through all aspects of the funeral arrangements. We are truly grateful for your personal attention.
The Holy sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for the intentions of all.
The month mind Mass for Kieran will be celebrated on Sunday 12th July 2026 at 10:15am in St. Matthew’s Church, Drumsurn.
