The death has occurred of:
LADISLAV (SLAVEK) MOUCKA (B.sc)
MOUCKA, 29TH OCTOBER 2018, LADISLAV (Slavek) B.Sc. peacefully at Beechvale Nursing Home following a long illness, dearly beloved husband of the late May (formerly of Killyleagh) and much loved father of Olga, Lada and the late Adrian and Philip, dear father-in-law of Alistair and Davena and loving grandfather of David, Jana, Cara, Jason, Lee, Graham, Aninka, and Aaron, great-grandfather of Lauren, Codie, Caitlin, Sam, Leah, Lucas, Toby, Georgia and Hannah.
Funeral service in First Killyleagh Presbyterian Church on Thursday 1st November at 2.30pm. Interment afterwards in the adjoining churchyard.
Family flowers only please. Donations may be made in lieu if desired to Dementia N.I. c/o Charles Rourke and Sons, Funeral Directors, 51 Church Street, Downpatrick, BT30 6EH.
Slavek will be reposing in Charles Rourke and Sons, Funeral Home on Wednesday 31st with the family in attendance from 6pm – 8pm family and friends most welcome.
