Lavina (Vina) ADAMS

The family of the late Lavina (Vina) Adams wish to thank all those who sympathised with them in their recent sad bereavement. Thank you to the many who called at the home, brought gifts, sent messages of sympathy, attended the funeral, gave donations or helped in any way. We wish to thank most sincerely our wide circle of friends who prayed for us during Mother’s illness and subsequent homecall to Heaven.

Our grateful thanks to Doctors Miller and Fitzsimons and the staff of Stewartstown Health Centre, Sister Elaine Magill and her staff, in particular, Nurse Sadie McGeighan, who were very attentive to Mother’s needs. Thanks to the staff of Kelly’s Pharmacy. Thanks to the Carers on the Stewartstown/Cookstown Team who cared for our Mother so faithfully and compassionately.

Thanks to the Minister, Session and Committee of Stewartstown Presbyterian Church for the use of the Church and Hall. Thanks to Rev. Alan Dickey for ministering to the family and also leading the service. A sincere word of thanks to Mr. George Conn for conducting the service in the home, the graveside and the Service of Thanksgiving.

Our thanks also to Mrs. J. Kelso and Mrs. A. Cuddy for providing the music in the church. Thanks to church caretakers Mr and Mrs S Junk for their help at the church and Church Hall. Thanks to caterers Vera Kimmons and her staff for the lovely refreshments served after the Service. Thanks to David Cranston and Leslie Holmes, Holmes of Dungannon, for the dignified manner in which the funeral arrangements were carried out.

As it would be impossible to thank everyone who supported the family in any way, we trust this acknowledgement will be accepted as a token of our sincere appreciation.

Stewartstown and Newmills.
