Liam IRVINE
The family of the late William "Liam" Irvine of 41 Racecourse Road, Derry, wishes to acknowledge the many expressions of sympathy and gestures of kindness shown to us following our sad loss.
We offer our heartfelt thanks to many friends, neighbours and acquaintances who visited our home, attended the wake, funeral mass and who provided emotional and practical support to us at this difficult time. For those who travelled long distances, sent floral tributes, cards and messages of condolence, we are truly grateful.
A special word of thanks to the doctors and nurses of Aberfoyle Medical practice, all the carers from Strabane & District Caring Service, Northwest Care and the Acute Care at Home Team who all attended Liam so attentively
To all those who participated in the mass, especially Fr Michael McCaughey for his spiritual support, the readers, musicians Ciara and Alban, and finally WJ O'Brien & Son Funeral Directors, Eglinton, for their sensitive and professional handling of the arrangements.
As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, we trust this acknowledgment will be accepted by all as a token of our sincere appreciation.
Liam's months mind mass will be celebrated in Pennyburn church Derry on Saturday 12th March 2022 at 6.00 pm
