The death has occurred of:
Lily Kerlin (née Crossan)
We, the family of the late Lily Kerlin R.I.P would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who sympathised and supported us on the sad loss of our very much loved mother, mother-in-law and grandmother.
We are deeply thankful to all those involved in our mother’s care over a long number of years and especially in her final days.
Special thanks to the wonderful
Western Trust carers who treated her with such compassion and dignity. To the GP’s and staff, the wonderful District Nursing team at Claudy Health Centre, Western Urgent Care, and Paddy and staff at Bradley’s Pharmacy, all of whom went above and beyond with their kindness and dedication.
Thank you to all her family, friends and cousins who frequently called to see her, your visits, cards and phone calls meant the world to her, and we are extremely grateful to you.
We extend our appreciation to all those who attended the funeral, called at the wake, sent Mass Cards, Sympathy Cards, flowers, and gifts of food, also the ladies that helped with tea during the wake, and anyone who helped in any way.
We thank Fr David O’Kane for his spiritual care attending her especially in her final days, and for celebrating the beautiful Requiem Mass. We also thank Fergal Gormley for bringing communion to her over many years.
We thank Seamus and Deborah at McLaughlin Funeral Director and their team for a very professional and dignified funeral, and for all the extra help they provided. To Joelene and Martin for the beautiful singing, to Alison O’Neill for the lovely funeral tea and to the gravediggers.
As it is impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgment as a token of our heartfelt appreciation.
Sacred Heart of Jesus pray for her.
