Lorna Mary KERR (née Kennedy)

December 11, 2020 Peacefully at her home 11, Lupin Avenue, Donemana (surrounded by her loving family) dearly beloved wife of the late William (Billy) much loved mother of Roger, Rodney, Ingrid and William, loving mother-in-law of Janice, Anna, Sam and Gillian, devoted granny, dearest sister of Bertie and Johnny.

Funeral leaving her late home on Monday 14th December at 1.00pm followed by a Service of Thanksgiving in St. James Parish Church at 1.30pm burial afterwards in St Michael's Burial Ground.

House Private.

Friends are welcome to stand along the route and pay their respects whilst maintaining social distancing.

Family flowers only, donations in lieu if desired to Foyle Hospice c/o Mrs. Ruth Hay, Funeral Director, 24A, Church Road, Altnagelvin, Londonderry BT47 3QQ

The family circle of the late Lorna Kerr, Lupin Avenue, Donemana, wish to express their most sincere thanks to all those who sympathised with them in their recent sad bereavement. A special word of heartfelt thanks to Rev. Canon Ferry for his prayers, words of comfort and for conducting the service and committal. Thank you also to Dr. Hossam Abdulkhalek and Staff of the North West Cancer Centre and to Dr. Fullerton and the community nurses for exceptional care and attention. Thanks also to D. & R. Hay & Sons, Funeral Directors, for the dignified and professional way in which the arrangements were carried out.

Unfortunately, due to restrictions, not everyone who would have liked to attend the funeral were able to do so, but as a family we wish to than all our friends and neighbours and relatives for their cards, phone calls and heartfelt messages at his difficult time. Also thank you to everyone who have made donations in lieu of flowers to Foyle Hospice.

We trust that this acknowledgement will be accepted as a token of our sincere appreciation. Sunday 10 January 2021
