Gerald, Pauline and Martin wish to express their sincere thanks to all those kind relatives, friends, neighbours and wider community who sympathised and offered support to them on the death of their beloved mother Maire.
We would like to express our gratitude to Glenavy Family Practice, McKenzies Pharmacy Glenavy, the District Nurses, Rapid Response and all the medical staff involved in her care.
We are indebted to all the local Domiciliary Care staff for their unfailing care and attention.
Thanks to the Parish Office, Grave diggers, Sacristan and all who helped us throughout the planning of the wake and funeral. A special thanks to Canon McBride for his support, guidance and celebrance of the requiem Mass and to Siobhan Flanaghan for the beautiful music and singing.
Thanks to all the staff at St Clare’s Hall Glenavy for the beautiful food and refreshments provided after the funeral.
A final thanks to Geoffrey Irons and all the staff at Bairds of Antrim Funeral Directors for the attentive, dignified and professional manner in which they carried out the funeral arrangements and to all who sent donations to them for Marie Curie.
