Malachy GIRVAN
We, the family of the late Malachy Girvan wish to express our heartfelt appreciation to all those who sympathized, prayed for and supported us during our recent sad loss.
The family would like to thank everyone who helped care for Daddy especially the dedicated staff and team of Antrim Area Hospital, Acute Medical Team, Ward B3. Special thanks to the nurses and doctors of Ward B3, for the care and support they gave to Daddy over the last few months.
A special word of thanks to the Church Sacristan and to Gerry Loughran, Jacqueline Fox, Barry Rogers, Sean-Marty Rogers and Matthew Rogers for their beautiful music and singing which made Daddy’s mass so special.
We sincerely thank our family, friends and neighbours who called at the house, brought gifts, sent mass cards, sympathy cards, letters, messages, floral tributes and expressed their condolences via telephone and social media.
A special word of thanks to the gravediggers who prepared Daddy’s resting place with great care. Thank you to Raymond and Clare Loughran and the staff of the Mill Wheel Bar who provided a lovely meal after Daddy’s burial.
We would sincerely like to thank Kieran Kirk Funeral Directors for the dignified and professional manner in which they carried out all the funeral arrangements.
As it is not possible to thank everyone individually we trust this acknowledgment will be accepted as a small gesture of our sincere appreciation. The holy sacrifice of the mass will be offered for all your intentions.
Malachy’s Months Mind Mass will be celebrated on 10th January 2023 in St Mary’s Church, Dunnamore at 7.30pm and can be viewed on the parish webcam.
