We, the daughters and family of the late Peggy Doran, wish to express our sincere gratitude and appreciation to everyone who sympathised with us and supported us through our recent bereavement.
Heartfelt thanks to all those who telephoned, sent letters, messages via social media, Mass and sympathy cards, food, flowers or donated so generously to the Marie Curie Nurses in Mum’s memory.
Sincere thanks to all our relatives, friends, neighbours and work colleagues who remained outside the Chapel or came to the cemetery in Newry to pay their respects. Your presence was of great comfort to us.
Thanks to Father Emerson for all his pastoral care to Mum and our family, and for his lovely homily at the Funeral Mass. To Siobhan, for the beautiful music which greatly enhanced the ceremony. To all those who viewed the Mass via webcam, we knew you were with us in spirit.
Special thanks to the medical staff who attended Mum, especially the District Nurses, the domiciliary care teams, Susan, Karen and to the Marie Curie Nurses for the care they showed Mum in her final days.
Thanks to Bairds Funeral Services for the very dignified and professional way the Funeral was carried out in Antrim and Newry.
