We, the family of the late Marie Carron, RIP, wish to express our deep appreciation and heartfelt thanks for the kindness, sympathy and support we received on the passing of our dear mother.

We wish to thank those who attended the wake, sent Mass Cards, Sympathy Cards, gave donations, brought and served food and those who attended the funeral, particularly those who travelled from afar, it didn't go unnoticed. All the support, thoughts and prayers were greatly appreciated.

Thank you to the Palliative Care team, Rapid Response team, Marie Curie and District Nursing team for the care they provided Marie during the final stages of her illness. A particular word of thanks goes out to all the carers, who, between them, tended to her on a daily basis. Their duty of care and professionalism was second to none. We also extend our deep appreciation to Macmillan and Cancer Connect for the services she availed of.

A special thanks to Dr Mazdai and Dr Finnerty from the North West Cancer Centre, who provided outstanding care for Marie throughout her illness. The special rapport Marie had with them provided significant strength to her and helped carry her through her difficult journey.

We would like to thank Fr Raymond Donnelly for providing support to our family in the days following her death and for celebrating her beautiful Requiem Mass. Your homily was a beautiful reflection of Marie.

Thank you to Claire Gunn for organising and delivering the beautiful music. A special thanks to Marie's grandchild, Eimile, for her contribution to the music, it was simply touching.

Thank you to the staff and pupils in St. Fanchea's College for the support they gave to Marie throughout her journey and particularly the help and assistance given during the wake.

We are also very grateful to Paul & Mary Keenan, Love Funeral Directors, for their diligent professionalism in carrying out the funeral arrangements. A word of thanks also to the grave diggers who prepared Marie's final resting place.

The Month's Mind Mass for Marie will be celebrated on Saturday 13th January 2024 at 6pm in St. Michael's Church, Darling Street, Enniskillen.
