The family of the late Marie Cowan wish to express their heartfelt thanks and sincere appreciation to all those who sympathised with them in their recent sad bereavement.

Thank you to our kind relatives, friends, and neighbours who called at the funeral home, sent mass cards, letters, sympathy cards, messages, or gave donations in lieu of flowers to the Alzheimer's Society.

A special word of thanks to John Harkin, the staff and pupils of Oakgrove Integrated College for their kindness, thoughtful expressions of sympathy, and support during this difficult time.

Sincere thanks also to the medical and nursing staff of Ward 42, Altnagelvin Hospital, for the dedicated care, kindness, and compassion shown to Marie and the family during her time there.

Sincere thanks to the clergy of St. Eugene’s Cathedral for their spiritual support and for celebrating a beautiful Requiem Mass.

We are deeply grateful to W.J. O’Brien & Son Funeral Directors for the professional, dignified, and compassionate manner in which they carried out the funeral arrangements.

As it is impossible to thank everyone individually, we trust this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our family's deepest gratitude.

Marie’s Month’s Mind Mass will be celebrated on Sunday 14th June at 11.00am in St. Eugene’s Cathedral.
