Marie DEVINE
The family of the late Marie Devine, Rossdowney Road wish to express our profound gratitude and appreciation to all who sympathised with us at a very difficult time. We also would like to thank all that came to the wake, brought food, sent Mass cards, sympathy cards, made donations to the Hospice and attended the funeral. We were overwhelmed by the generosity of friends and family.
We would like to thank Dr Claire Sweeney and all the staff of Cityview Medical Centre. To the District Nurses, carers and Hospice staff who cared for Marie over recent weeks, we will be forever grateful.
We would like to thank Fr Canny for his support and for the beautiful Requiem Mass. Thanks go to Katelin and Caroline for the beautiful music at the Mass. Thank you so much to Felim Curran and staff for the wonderful refreshments after the funeral at Ardmore parish hall.
We are also very grateful to Kieran and all the staff at W.J. O’Brien & Son Funeral Directors, Eglinton, for the caring, professional and dignified way in which the funeral arrangements were conducted, and for the guidance provided throughout.
Although it is impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as a token of the family’s deep appreciation.
The Month’s Mind Mass for Marie will be celebrated in St Columb’s Church, Chapel Road, at 7.00 pm on Saturday 6th January 2024.
