Marie McParland (née Turley)
Marie passed away peacefully at Ashgrove Nursing Home on 10th July 2026, surrounded by her devoted family. May she rest in peace.
Beloved wife of Raymond and much-loved mother of Kieran, Cathy, and Brian. Cherished grandmother of Eimeár, Cara, Cáolan, Shane, Cassie, and Caílha, and dear mother-in-law of Stephen and Deirdre.
Marie will be reposing at her home, 5 Courtney Hill, Newry, from 2 pm to 9 pm on Saturday and Sunday. Funeral leaving the house on Monday 13th July at 9.30 am for 10.30 am Requiem Mass in the Cathedral of SS Patrick and Colman. Interment afterwards in Monkshill Cemetery.
Marie will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her husband, sons, daughter, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, grandchildren, her four brothers, two sisters, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, and the entire family circle and friends.
