DOVER – April 20, 2023, suddenly at home, Mark Robert, beloved son of the late Isobel, dearly loved brother of Richard, Leah and Pam; much loved grandson of the late Bob and Dorothy Stretton, Bovain and a dear Nephew and Cousin.
