Acknowledgement
Lindsay
We the family of the late Martha Lindsay wish to express our sincere and heartfelt thanks to all who sympathised and supported us during our recent sad bereavement.
To all who sent sympathy cards, sent messages by social media, sent donations and attended Mum’s wake and funeral, or helped in any way, thank you.
We would like to extend our thanks to Drumragh Family Practice, District Nurses, Community O.T, Social Workers and receptionists who provided such excellent care for Mum during her illness.
A special word of thanks to Regina, Gail and Sharon who cared passionately for Mum and became much-loved members of our family during those four years. Your kindness will never be forgotten. Also, to North West Care and Angel Watch Staff whose assistance enabled Mum to stay in her own home. We would like to extend a massive thank you to a team of very special people from Palliative Care and District Nursing Team who professionally and compassionately cared for Mum in her final days. Their support to us was exceptional also.
Thank you also to Patrick Slevin and Staff for their kindness to Mum and ourselves over many years. Their guidance, advice and delivery of medication was so important in facilitating her care at home.
Sincere thanks to Canon Robert Clarke who gave spiritual comfort and care to Mum over many years, especially in the last few weeks and a special thanks to Canon Derek Quinn, Reverend Graham Hare and Reverend Alexander Chisnall for their ongoing support during and after this difficult time.
Our gratitude to Robert and Derek Armstrong for the dignified and professional manner as they took care of Mum and helped us navigate the process of Mum’s wake and funeral.
Also, to Pinkerton’s for catering during the wake and funeral, food was excellent and received very positive feedback.
Finally, to the grave diggers who prepared Mum’s final resting place.
As it is impossible to thank everyone individually, we trust this acknowledgement will be accepted as a token of our sincere thanks and appreciation.
With all our love and thanks again to all.
Jackie, Olwen, Wesley and Lorraine.
