Martin McGrath

Acknowledgment for the late Martin McGrath who died peacefully on the 14th February 2023.

We, the Family of the late Martin McGrath wish to thank all those who sympathised with us on our recent sad bereavement. Our thanks to everyone who sent Mass cards, Sympathy cards and paid their respects at the Wake - we are truly grateful.
Thank you to everyone who gave donations in lieu of flowers to the Multiple System Atrophy (MSA) Trust, it is very much appreciated for the necessary research into this disease.
Thank you to North West Care and the Staff of Daisy Hill Hospital for the attentive and vigilant care they gave to Martin.

A special thanks to Canon Kearney for conducting such a personable and fitting Funeral Mass.
The Mass was very much enhanced by a range of readings and reflections from family and friends, beautiful music and song from Kathy McCaughy and The Choir Studio and Martin’s friends from the Fiddler’s Green Festival.

Our heartfelt thanks to Cathal, Méabh and all the staff at McAnulty Funeral Directors for their compassionate guidance and the dignified manner in which they carried out the Funeral arrangements.

As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually we hope this acknowledgement will be accepted as a token of our sincere appreciation.

Month’s Mind Mass for Martin will be celebrated on Sunday 12th March at 11:30am in St. Peter’s Church Warrenpoint which can be viewed live on webcam (churchmedia.tv).
