It is with deep sorrow and great sadness that we announce the passing of Martin Roddy, peacefully at home, surrounded by his loving family on 17th July 2026.
Late of 141 Kylemore Park and former firefighter. May he rest in peace.
Beloved husband of Ursula. Devoted father of Daniel, Darren and Jason. Dearest father-in-law of James, Parnisha and Carleena. Loving Granda of Eli, Cadáin, Dárách and Amelia. A much loved brother to all of his brothers and sister. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by all of his nieces, nephews, wider family circle, friends and neighbours. A dear companion of Maisie.
Martin will be reposing at his late family home, 141 Kylemore Park from 8pm this evening, Friday 17th July. Funeral leaving from there on Sunday 19th July at 2:15pm for 3pm Requiem Mass in St. Mary’s Church, Ardmore. Burial will take place immediately afterwards in the adjoining Cemetery.
Wake house will be private from 9pm until 11am.
