Mary Agnes Slevin (née McNulty)

Mary Agnes passed away peacefully in the South West Acute Hospital on 18th February. She was a widely respected and much loved mother, grandmother, aunt and friend. We, her family wish to express our heartfelt thanks to those who sympathised and supported us in our recent sad bereavement. We have been overwhelmed by the sheer volume of Mass and sympathy cards, letters, private messages and telephone calls that we have received. We would like to acknowledge all those who lined the route from her home to the church, those who carried Mum’s coffin and paid their respects in any way. A special thank you to Canon Patrick MacEntee and Fr. Dolan for their support and the comforting Requiem Mass. We convey our appreciation to the Sacristan, musician, singer, readers and everyone who assisted with the Mass. Thank you to McAtee Funeral Directors and the gravedigger for the way the arrangements were carried out. We extend a sincere thank you to the staff at South West Acute Hospital, Ward 1, who cared so professionally and compassionately for Mary Agnes, Many thanks to the doctors and staff of Dromore Surgery and McDermott’s Pharmacy. As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as a gesture of our families deepest gratitude.
Mary Agnes Month’s Mind Mass will be celebrated in St Davog’s Church , Dromore on Saturday 10th April 2021 at 7pm. It may be viewed online via the Parish Webcam.
