Mary Elizabeth (Bessie) WALKER
The sons, daughters and entire family of the late Bessie Walker (nee Allen) wish to thank most sincerely all those who sympathised with them in their recent sad bereavement.
Heartfelt thanks to all the kind relatives, friends and neighbours who called at the family home, brought gifts, sent cards, letters, telephoned, gave donations in lieu of flowers, attended the funeral or helped in any way, deep gratitude is extended.
Sincere thanks to the Nurses of Foyle Hospice for calling out to the family home, offering advice and support, Strabane District Nurses, Dr. Fullerton and Staff at Donemana Health Centre for all their care and medical attention shown to Bessie.
Special thanks the Rev. Arthur Burns for his prayers, words of comfort and for conducting the funeral in the church at the graveside, also to the Organist and Ronnie Kelly the Sexton.
Extended word of thanks to Select Vestry of Leckpatrick Parish for the use of the Church for our mum to rest until the day of the funeral, also the use of the Church Hall for teas, to Cathy, Ronnie, Ethel and all at Hill Top Café for providing refreshments after the funeral.
Special word of thanks to David and Ruth Hay & Sons, Funeral Directors for the dignified and caring manner in which the funeral arrangements were carried out.
