DONALD
Mary Margaret (May), (nee Laughlin)
Legnabraid
Newtownstewart
Died 16th August 2025

We the family of the late May Donald wish to take this opportunity to express our sincere thanks and gratitude to all our relatives, friends, neighbours and work colleagues for their unstinting kindness and support at the time of our bereavement.

Special mention to all who expressed their sympathy at the home and the Service of Thanksgiving.

Thank you to those who telephoned, sent cards, letters, social media messages and gave donations in lieu of flowers to Newtownstewart Presbyterian Church and Newtownstewart Patient Comfort and Terminally ill Fund.

To all in the healthcare profession: Dr Greene, the District Nurses and Staff at Newtownstewart Medical Centre, Bradley's Pharmacy Newtownstewart, Glen Caring, the Community Respiratory Team at Omagh Hospital and Western Urgent Care for their most helpful and caring support, for this we are truly thankful.

Our deep and genuine appreciation to the Rev Dr Rob Craig for a very fitting Service and kind words in the home, at the Service of Thanksgiving and at the Committal. Thank you also to the organist, the violinist and the Church Elders.

A special thank you to Karen Hannigan and her team who provided the delicious refreshments in the Church Hall following the Service.

Our heartfelt gratitude to Robert Armstrong and Son Funeral Directors for the professional, supportive and dignified manner in which they carried out the funeral arrangements and to David Baxter for preparing Mum's resting place.

The family are truly thankful to each and every person who has helped us along the way. Please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our profound appreciation.

Forever loved and sadly missed by her sons, daughters and the entire family circle.

Safe in the arms of Jesus
