Peacefully in hospital.
Loved and sadly missed by her partner Jack Malcom,
His children Andrew, Suzanne and David.
her sisters Greta, Teresa, the late Vera, brothers Philip, Malachy and the late Maurice.

Pat will be reposing at her sister Teresa’s Home

Funeral on Wednesday in St. Patrick’s Cathedral at 11am Mass,
