The sons, daughters, and the entire family circle of the late Mary R.I.P. wish to express their heartfelt thanks to all who sympathised with them during their recent bereavement.

We are deeply grateful to the paramedics, the staff of Antrim Hospital, Dr. McGurk and all at Kilrea Health Centre, the district nursing team, Ann’s Homecare staff, and the staff of Shield’s Chemist for the care they provided to Mary and the support they gave to our family.

A special word of thanks to Fr. Eamon Graham for his spiritual support, guidance, and pastoral care, and for celebrating Mary’s Requiem Mass. Our sincere thanks also to Fr. Pat O’Hagan for his care and his comforting visits during the wake, and to the chaplain of Antrim Area Hospital for his prayers at Mary’s bedside. We are also very grateful to Fr. Vincent Cushnahan for his prayers at the funeral home and for the beautiful service in the church.

Thanks to Gerard McLaughlin and Anne Cassidy for the beautiful church music, to sacristan Declan for his support, to the Wild Duck for providing refreshments after the funeral, and to Wishy Drain for preparing the grave.

We especially thank our kind relatives, friends, neighbours, and the wider community for their help and kindness throughout this difficult time. Thank you to everyone who sent messages, cards, and donations, visited McKiernan’s Funeral Home, gathered along the route to the church and cemetery, and attended the funeral. Your presence and support have meant so much to us.

We wish to extend our deepest gratitude to Michael Og, Gregory and the entire team of McKiernan & Sons funeral directors for the care, compassion, and professionalism shown during the wake and funeral.

The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for the intentions of all.

Mary’s Month’s Mind Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, 19th July 2025 at 5:30pm in St. Oliver Plunkett’s Church, Clady.
