The death has occurred of:
Mary McCALLION
Mary’s children Kitty, James, Charlie and Martin, Son & Daughters-in-law, Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren wish to express our sincere thanks and appreciation to all those who sympathised during our recent sad bereavement. A very special thanks to our close neighbours , friends and those who called at the house during the wake, those who brought gifts, Mass cards, flowers, food and provided and offered their support in any way. For those who attended the Requiem Mass and Funeral, your prayers, words of kindness and sympathy were a huge strength to the family during this very sad time.
We would like to offer thanks for the care Mary received from District Nurses and Doctors from Aberfoyle Medical Surgery.
To the Priests of St Eugene’s Parish for all their care and support . We express a special word of thanks to Father Patrick Lagan not only for a beautiful funeral mass but to his unfailing dedication to Mary over the past 9 years. We thank Ann Marie and Aidan for the music and all who contributed to the moving funeral Mass for Mary.
Many thanks to WJ O’Brien Funeral Directors for the professional and dignified way they carried out the funeral arrangement and for fulfilling all our requests.
Finally a special word of gratitude to her many friends in Illies, Co. Donegal for the very special tribute of lining the funeral route to Cockhill Cemetery, gave the family so much comfort.
As it would not be possible to thank everyone individually we trust this acknowledgement will be accepted as a token of our appreciation and gratitude to everyone for their generosity and support during this very difficult time.
The Holy Sacrifice of Mass will be offered for all your intentions
Mary’s Month Mind Mass will take place on Sunday 4th September 2022 at 7.00 pm St Eugene’s Cathedral.
